WARRANTY INFORMATION
Freedom Electrical Services will provide the following warranties:

Installation life-time

Parts as per manufactures warranty

The warranty period shall commence from the installation of that part, or where the work has been inspected by Freedom Electrical Services and invoice sent to client.
This warranty does not cover any lamps, tubes or general items having a usable life expectancy, that are not subject to manufacturer’s guarantees. Freedom Electrical Services accepts no responsibility for damage of a product or installation caused by misuse, negligence, alteration/modification or otherwise so caused by other parties, whosoever when not employed by or contracted to Freedom Electrical Services.
Freedom Electrical Services cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the following:

Equipment failure

Fair wear and tear
-
Rust and or corrosion
-
Owner misuse/abuse
Claims for repairs must be notified in writing to Freedom Electrical Services within 14 days of the damage or fault. Should a product not be accepted by manufacturer’s warranty for repair then Freedom Electrical Services will notify the client in writing with the manufacturers report and warranty shall be void. Where an item or product fails due to a manufacturing problem and not due to our installation, Freedom Electrical Services will not be liable for any cost relating to use of, or hire of any special access equipment (i.e. boom lift/scissor lift or specialised tools) required to carry out the work.
All electrical installation work shall be installed to the current AS/NZS 3000:2018 and AS/NZS 3008
CONTRACT TERMS FOR PAYMENT OF INVOICE
Terms & Conditions will be supplied in a separate document which will reflect the details set out in this document. Freedom Electrical Services requires a written order to be submitted via email or fax prior to commencement of work, thereby providing tacit agreement of all terms and conditions included in the schedule of rates.
Where terms are:

7 Days from Invoice date, payment shall be made on or within 7 Days of invoice date.

Payment on completion of work
We accept payment in form of cash, cheque, credit card and electronic transfers.
All work invoiced by Freedom Electrical Services is done so through the terms of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act of 1999 (NSW).
All materials remain property of Freedom Electrical Services until paid for in full. Should payment be refused or delayed intentionally beyond our terms.
